Skyware offers various support options, including easy and instant access to our on-line, search-able Help File documentation, guidance and training support tools (both tutorial modules and training videos) which may be viewed at your own convenience, and real-time live technical service and operational support available by both telephone and email.
The Help File: Our Help File documentation for Skyware is easily reached from the main screens of Skyware, and is the first level of support for Skyware users. Simply click on the Help icon or word in the Action Bar, and the Help File will open. The Help File will show the Help Topic for the Skyware screen that you were using. This means that the first topic you will see on entering the Help File will vary, according to the screen you were viewing when you clicked on the Help icon; but once in the Help File, you can view ANY Help Topic. Each Help Topic in Skyware has the subject that it holds information on listed in its title.
The Help File will open IN A NEW TAB, meaning that you can switch between the Help File and the Skyware screen you need help with simply by clicking the tabs in your browser.
The Help File also contains several short videos you can watch to help you work through various aspects of the System. These videos are SHORT walk-throughs (1-6 minutes) describing some of the most common processes you may need information on. Click on the link to open the video within the Help File screen. These videos may be found on the appropriate Help Topic page, or are grouped together on the Video Tutorials Help Topic for you to select one from.
Note: The videos available in the Help File are not intended to substitute for TRAINING in these areas.
Tutorial Modules: Our tutorial modules are designed as slide presentations, where you can move forwards and back through the presentation as you wish. Each slide has the screen split between an image (on the left) and a description (on the right). Some tutorial modules may have question and answer sections for you to complete built into them, others are information only. Skyware's tutorial modules are accessed using the Skyware Training Main Menu screen, which shows a list of all currently available tutorial modules for Skyware. To open the training menu, simply click on the training icon or word in the Action Bar.
Note: This list is always expanding, so feel free to visit often, and if you have a suggestion for a module you would like to see, please contact us with you ideas.
Skyware Training Videos: These videos are IN-DEPTH walk throughs of various sections and uses of Skyware, where you will be shown what to do and how to do it to complete various tasks, guided through the process by one of our excellent support team members. Skyware Training Videos range in length from a few minutes up to approximately half an hour. Skyware Training Videos are also accessed using the Skyware Training Main Menu screen, which when opened by default shows the Tutorial Modules available. The videos may be accessed from this screen by clicking the middle black bar at the top of the screen called "Videos" to open the Skyware Training Videos screen, where our Skyware Training Videos are located.
Note: These videos may be extremely useful training or refresher tools as they are the comparable to one on one training by our staff, but please allow sufficient time to view the in-depth descriptive video. Again, if you have a suggestion for a video you would like to see, please contact us with your ideas.
Contacting Skyware for Support: Skyware offers both telephone support for any immediate real-time live technical service and operational support questions, and email support, for answering your more in-depth questions or needs that do not require immediate action. Email queries will be responded to within 24 hours.

It is recommended that you check the Newswire before logging in to keep current on everything Skyware. The Newswire is presented with newest announcements first, but you may scroll down to read earlier postings.
